Marianne Ryan – The Ryan Award

Artist Marianne Ryan was one of the early planners and participants of the Stroll Through History. She began the Stroll Poster Contest as a way to showcase the talents of the young artists at our local high schools. In recognition of her work, and to honor her memory, the Stroll Board voted unanimously to name the poster contest “The Ryan Awards”.

All of the poster art entered in this year’s Ryan Award Poster Contest will be on display at the Blue Wing Gallery at 405 Main St. during the month of October.
